A page for each service and each area you cover, with URLs and headings that say what's on them.
Sized images, few scripts and tested load times on an ordinary phone connection.
Schema for your business, services, breadcrumbs and FAQs, matched to the visible page.
Hours, categories and links on your Google Business Profile lined up with the site.
Who this is for
Local businesses whose customers find them through search: plumbers, electricians, roofers, cleaners, dentists, clinics, salons, auto shops, law and accounting offices. Most of them have a website already. It often has a single "Services" page listing twelve things, a title tag that says "Home", no description, and photos straight from a phone camera that take ten seconds to load.
None of that is hard to fix, but it needs fixing in the right order. A search engine has to find your pages, understand what each one is about, load it quickly and connect it to your business. We build sites with those four jobs in mind from the first page plan.
Services
Site structure
One page per service and per area, clean URLs, headings that match what people search for.
SpeedPage speed
Light pages that load fast on a phone, measured before launch with the same tests Google uses.
MarkupSchema markup
Structured data for your business, services and pages, checked against what's on the page.
ProfileBusiness Profile basics
Categories, hours, service area and links set up so your profile and site tell the same story.
What search engines see first
Before anyone reads your home page, they read a few lines in a search result: a title, a short description and a web address. The preview at the top of this page is drawn from this site's own tags, with a meter for each line. We write those tags for every page we build, and we keep them short enough to show in full most of the time. Search engines may still rewrite them, and that's their call.
What we won't promise
Nobody outside Google decides where a page ranks, so we don't sell positions, page-one spots or traffic numbers. We build the parts you control: a clear structure, fast pages, correct markup and a tidy business profile. Search engines can then read your site without guessing.

- What the business does, and the services you most want people to find
- The towns, neighborhoods or ZIP codes you cover, and whether customers come to you or you go to them
- Your current website address, if you have one, and who can give us access to it
- Whether you have a Google Business Profile, and who owns the login
- Your logo, photos and any text you already have
- A launch date, if something depends on it

What finished sites look like

Common questions
Will a new website get me to the top of Google?
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on competition, reviews, distance and many signals no web designer controls. What we can do is remove the problems that hold a site back and make every page easy for search engines to read.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of service and area pages, who writes the text, how much needs fixing on your current site, and whether we touch your Business Profile. You get a written quote before anything starts.
Do you do monthly SEO?
No. We build and fix websites. Once the site is live, you own it, and you can keep it up yourself or hire anyone you like for ongoing work.
Are the images on this site real projects?
No. The snippet previews of other businesses are concepts with made-up names, and the photos are AI-generated samples. We don't publish client work without permission.
